Purchases
Paintings purchased via this site are guaranteed by the artist to be free from defect and fully representative of the image on this site. They are painted with the highest quality pigments and materials. If the purchaser is not satisfied upon receipt of the artwork, they must notify the artist within 5 days of receipt of the work to receive a refund. Return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser. Damaged works must also be reported to the artist within 5 days to receive a refund.
All copyrights of sold materials remain the property of the artist.
